Attendance Options
In person attendance | includes access to the full programme over two days at Manchester Central incorporating plenaries, parallel sessions (workshops, symposia / panel discussions, short communications), digital poster library and author exchange, poster session, exhibition, networking, welcome reception and full access to the conference app and selected on demand recordings. Daily refreshment and lunch breaks are included.
Virtual attendance | includes access to selected livestream and virtual sessions, plenaries, parallel sessions (selected virtual workshops, symposia / panel discussions, short communications), digital poster library and author exchange, exhibitors, networking and full access to the conference app and selected on demand recordings. One day virtual access is not available.
Group bookings | names of participants will be required at the time of making the group booking. It will not be possible to book unnamed places. Discounts do not apply for group bookings. The full published rates will apply.
For group bookings of 2-9 persons, please register the group as single bookings via the on line registration form. You can select a unique group booking name which enables us to match the group together (and send one invoice, if applicable). For your convenience managing a group, you can also add in an admin email which will enable the admin to receive copies of each of the group booking registrations.
For groups of 10+, please contact admin@demec.org.uk and we will send you a group booking form in excel format.
Accommodation | Selected accommodation is available and can be booked at the time of registration. Places are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
Payment Options
Prices quoted are including VAT at the current rate.
Invoices will be generated by NHS Confederation (Services) Company Limited.
Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
Invoice payments need to quote the invoice number as the reference.
IMPORTANT - If you are paying via invoice, please ensure that a Purchase Order number is provided with your booking in order to expedite payment.
Please ensure that the purchase order clearly states the name(s) of the applicable delegates.
